Hi Dave....Great site very informative! I can definitely use it when I'm selling Broad Channel Homes. I'm glad to see how important peoples roots are and that they are so pround of their hometown. Some of the comments reinforce my decision to stay in BC and raise our family on our small island surrounded by our beautiful Jamaica Bay. I haven't seen a better sunset anywhere!! Anyone interested in buying or renting a home in Broad Channel can contact me at my email address. Hopefully I'll be advertising on this website shortly.

It's been over 20 years since i moved out of the channel,but never forgot anyone. I still remember most of you, hope you remember me. I'll never forget the football games on the mall with all who lived there. Love and miss you all. BYE!
